Every so often my users lose connection to the JDE database during normal business activities. It is one or two individuals that will lose the connection. The ODBC settings are normal, and services are uninterrupted. Any ideas

Jim,

check your cabeling and/or electric interference in your physical network. I've seen that to be the cause of such interruptions.
If you are using TP cabeling, keep it away as far as possible from electric devices, such as computer monitors, electric motors as well as from electric wiring.

Hi Jesty,

Have you checked that all your workstations are on the same MDAC level?
