copy and past from local machine to OneWorld Citrix

Has anyone ecountered this problem before? Copying text from a local application (Word, Outlook) and pasting it to OneWorld on Citrix works intermitently. If the user logs completely out of their Citrix connections and then goes back in it will work for a while and then stops working again.

Any insights would be appreciated.
