F9650 and F00960 not updating date

I have a user that when he signs onto OneWorld the date last signed on is not re-populated in the F9650 and F00960 tables. He has 2 fat clients, one is a laptop in docking stations and the other is not a laptop. He has a license for both machines. I even had him reset his client license and sign back on and there is still no update of the machine tables. I'm perplexed! I use this table often to see when the last time a user has sign on. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
