My client faced a problem in A/P check printing. The scenario as follows:-
Client set up 'Detail Lines Per Stub" in bank information setup to 35. Created an automatic payment control group and tried writing the check by submitting thru server. In the submitted job screen, the status of R04571 is error. But if the check printing is ran locally (by changing OCM mapping), there's no such issue and the check is printed out successfully.
I tried a few scenarios by changing the "Detail Lines Per Stub" with increments, e.g. 5, 10, 20, 30, 35, the R04571 error only occurs at about 35-35 lines onwards. Anyone has any idea? Thanks in advance.
Specs: Oneworld B7333 SP19.1 workstations MS 2000, Enterprise on unix.
