Installing ESU

Dear All,
Can I choose which object want to apply when I install the ESU ? my friend said that it is possible to do that, but he cannot tell me how to do it.
Could you please, tell me what document should I look for, if it is in fact can be done.

Yes you can, but it's dangerous.
See the attached file with a sample of an ESU including 3 SARs.
In the sample, you decide to apply only SAR3.
The result is you get some parts of SAR1 and SAR2 as well. But only some parts...
If you aren't afraid of that, go to software update upon your deployment server, select your ESU then Next, then Row/Affected objects, then Form/Advanced. In this form you can switch off/on which objects you want to apply with Row/change status (1= is going to be applied ; 2 = won't be applied).
