ERP 8.0/SP20 or SP 21

Dear List,

We'll be upgrading to ERP 8.0 next week and I'm looking for some advice. Should we stay with SP 20 or go for SP 21?

We have mostly fat clients here. Our off site users access through citrix - about 25 users. No web.

either sp works well, but if you are web then SP21 adds some great features.

I think personally you should stick with the service pack you are currently on, you already have enough on your plate with the upgrade - and SP21 is relatively new, and can easily be added afterwards.

SP20 - as long as theres nothing from a business perspective that you obviously require from SP21 - is a great, solid service pack. I'm sure SP21 will be too, but I would wait a few weeks until all the creases are ironed out...

For what it's worth, we were told that only SP21 is supported if you are on Win2000 SP3.
