Data Hang

We're running JDE OW (XP), SP18/B733.3 on an AS400 (OS400 R5v1m0) going out to end users through a Citrix Metaframe 1.8, sp3 which is sitting on a W2K Server, sp2.
Reports pushed through the system have a tendancy to hang without warning. There is no regular pattern to this behavior and a report which will run fine one time will hang midway through the next run. When the end user's screen hangs, it freezes the whole system (most folks here are running W2K pro, sp3; spme are running XP), and the workstation has to be force-rebooted, which isn't good for the machine.
Any one else out there have similar problems? If so, anyone else out there know how a fix?

Does this ever occur on a fat client ?
What is the printer bandwidth setting on your Citrix server(s) ? My servers are all set to unlimited. Could it be that a bunch of users are trying to print at the same time ? This would explain the seemingly random occurances.
