Resolution...UBE failing to submit specs to ES

Thanks to all of you who have responded. We are a net new install to a
DB2/UDB under AIX.

For some reason all the required tables (2 of 7) in our server map did not
get created during the installation. Once we regenerated our server map and
bounced the services, the UBE completed successfully.
