Server Package Build hangs

Has anybody experienced any issues with Server Package Builds with XE SP20 on Intel/SQL under NT4 SP6a?

I had an issue with XE SP20 Server Package Builds hanging under W2K SP1 which disappeared after I put SP2 for W2K on, so I suspect NT4 might have a similar problem...
