C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION

I need your assistance.

I am attempting to run R10412A on my Win2000 Application Servers (I have
two of them) and it fails with the following information in the .log file:

In searching the KG I found that this same problem occurred when working
with POs (SAR 6049569). I have opened a call with JDE Support but I
thought I would try this "avenue" also. It appears as though it may have
something to do with BSFNs and the "version" of the jdekrnl.dll on the
Win2000 boxes. This will not run locally either. I get an exception error
when running locally.

This same UBE runs just fine on my AIX Enterprise Server.

I just did an upgrade from Xe to EO 8.10 and am getting these exact errors when submitting UBEs to the server. Running them locally works fine.

Has anyone ever figured out what causes these errors?
