Windows Event Viewer --> Application Error

Hi,

I'm having the following windows 2003 event :

ID : 1000
Source : Application Error
Type : Error
Description : Faulting application jdenet_k.exe, version 1.0.0.1, faulting module comsvcs.dll, version 2001.12.4720.3959, fault address 0x00047264.

This is on our JDE 8.12 Enterprise server.

Just asking in case someone resolved this in the past.
