Warehousing subsystem question

Hi list,

Am I right in thinking if you have 2 warehouses both using R46171 subsystems, you need 2 distinct versions of R46171, one for each MCU?

How do you ensure one subsystem doesn't process the other warehouses data?

My concern is, if the subsystems have no MCU selection specified, they will process each others requests?

Any help would be great
