V5R2 Question/Issues

This is probably a question that has no answer. My company is currently using World version 6.2 base. There are no plans to upgrade to 7.3 or any more current version. There is a plan to upgrade to V5R2 later this year. My question is does anyone know of any sources of information concerning the potential problems that this will cause other than JDE? Thanks in advance for any help/prayers.
