Upgrade Assistant from Xe to 8.10/8.11

Has anyone ever used an upgrade assistant feature from a third party product "Backtuit". We are planning on moving from Xe to 8.11 and looking for some help with upgrade

I've played with their trial demo and it seems like a perfect for upgrades, much easier to set-up and manage than the JDE Product Packager, at least in my humble opinion .....

We have heard some excellent feedback on the product packaging functionality. However, still want to get opinion on upgrade assistant on how easy/difficult is to do retrofitting in 8.11 since we have done a "lot" of modifications.
