Update Payment Group

Hello list:
Hope you all are enjoying a good holiday season. I also wanted to ask if anybody could have an idea as to what might be causing the following issue: when typing a 4 in the option field next to the payment group to be updated (work with payment groups), sometimes the group does not get updated and stays there. Sometimes, though, it does. The strange thing is that when he asks another colleague to do the same on her computer, it always works. I'm not sure if that's an authorization issue or a "resource" issue... or what?
