I am running a very small upgrade package and I am finding that the Parent CAB backup is taking a long time. When it is running I can see the backup cab file being processed and the date and time timestamp of the file changes. However at the end of the backup the date and time stamp reverts back to the original date and time. Can someone explain what this step actually does? Here is the backup portion of the Buildlog.txt.
