Good idea. That avoids any potential trouble with JDE processing.
On putting the address book record on the JDE manual voucher....perhaps a
special program to add this data to the GLAN8 field in the F0911 is better
than a mod. This adds another step to the process though.
On the purge problem with F0911. We would exclude the unvouchered accounts
from the purge.
On the purge issue with F43121. Haven't tried to purge the F43121, but I
would expect that JDE would not purge receipt records containing open
amounts.
I think there is gold in them-there unvouchered accounts and I mean to mine
it!
