Transportation - Per ton rate but rounded to 100kg blocks

Hi List!
We're setting up Transportation rates for a new implementation. (Payable rate only, not billable) One of the offices are using per-ton rates in their current systems but the payable weight is rounded up to nearest 100 kilos.
i.e if the shipment weights 460 kilos, the rate is calculated on 500 kilos

I know this could be done using a lookup table, but i wonder if there is some other way of accomplishing this that does not require setting up a lookup table (As the shipment weights can vary from 100 kilos up to 250 metric tons)

I am not 100% sure what you are asking, but I think what you are asking for
the fact that some shippers... will give you the 500 Kilo rate at 460 Rate
if it's a whole truck, container, etc.... I believe what you are asking
about is Clipped Rates? It's found in the Rate definition screen. thanks,
