Here's a problem in Transportation Management that has us all baffled..
We make extensive use of Spot Quotes in the shipments (Sales Orders only, not inbound). Only Payable rate is defined, we do not use billable rates.
When Freight update is run, the spot quote is often omitted and the default rate (from the rate schedule) is written to the Freight Audit History, in stead of the spot quote rate
In some cases, the user has forgotten to press the "Rate shipment" button but in most cases we know for sure that everything has been done correctly. We have not been able to establish a common denominator in the occurences.. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
