Has anyone found a Training Managment software package that can be configured to use the JD Edwards HR database as its data store? We use the JDE system to keep track of who has got what training when, but there is no scheduling or alert functionality, no reporting on costs, no monitoring of progress and grades, no workflow management, etc.
A long shot, I know, but it doesn't cost anything to ask.
