Is anyone using JDE to track software licenses and maintenance? We are somewhat of a software service bureau, and we purchase software not only for ourselves, but also for our members/clients. For any software purchased for our members/clients, we bill them for both the license fee as well as the maintenance. And, of course, with software, not only do you have the product, but you also have the version, registration keys and contract expiration dates. Currently we are tracking all of this in spreadsheets, but would like to see if we could do so in JDE.
