Trace the change on payment term & credit limit

Hi guys,
I need to trace back if there is any change of the payment term and the credit limit of a customer in customer master. Is there any report I can run and how I can make a quiry regarding this?

If you have activated the workflow, you may think of getting a report from the workcenter. But if the user has deleted the messages, it may not be possible. Also there is a problem, I guess, if the messages are stored on local machine and not on the server.
