We use text messages for both order comments and item comments in sales order processing. We would like to have the order comments (F14) from the entry screen default to print before, and have the detail item comments (option 2 from the line) default to print after. It looks like it is the same field (PNTC) for both types of messages. Has anybody figured out a way to have one default one way and the other default the other? Almost every sales order has both types of comments and the entry people are always having to get it right. Any thoughts appreciated.
