Table Conversions from server

We are having difficulty figuring out why our TC don't work when run from the server. Running on a fat client they work fine.

I am doing an import from .txt files using the UNC naming convention from another server. I think the problem is the server job cannot 'see' this other server drive.

What is the user that the server job is using as far as NT rights are concerned?
