Submitted Reports Button in Xe ToolBar

Hi We are at OW xe and most of users connect thru Citrix farm allowing JDE Fat client(TS)user interface. Nearly 20000 UBEs are submitted daily on the ES & other application servers. Would like to provide them a button on the JDE toolbar for 'submitted reports' application (P986116) so it is available always from any form. No clue how Toolbar can be modified. Noticed WordSearch p95012 is available in the toolbar. Any suggestions?

I just tried for a different reason and opened a call with Oracle. I was told this is not possible in Xe. Only fix is to use Solution Explorer and make it a global "favorites".

Thanks Milksmik for the prompt response. Will try your suggestion however, users are used to the regular interface and solution explorer view may not be easily accepted. It will take some time.
