1. Open WebLogic Administration Console
2. Find Environment/BSSV Server/Deployments (BSSV instances)
3. Select BSSV, press Testing

SOAPUI tool is more suitable for extensive testing, grab bssv wsdl, paste to SOAPUI, submit request
