SQL Server 7 lock

Hi everyone

I have a problem with record locking in the P48011 application Work orders, when my users add a work order takes place a blockade of the table F4801, this always does not happen. One has detected that single it happens with this application.

yesterday we installed SP3 of MSSQL Server 7.0 but the result are the same.
I'm going to erase the user override for this appl, and check if this cause the problem

any idea?

Windows NT 4.0 SP6a with cluster
MSSQL Server 7.0 SP3
