Did anybody see this problem after you upgraded to SP20? In the P4210 sale order entry program after we opened the oder then we went to the exit row click on the SO DETAIL REVISION button and no detail lines displayed on the screen at all even though we know the line exist in the order.

No.. we haven't seen this problem and we just upgraded to SP20...

Did you see the following message in the job log?

A Form Control is being Hidden in ER. The control no longer exists on the Form.
The app is: P4210, and the form is: W4210E

this has been corrected in sp20 due to a customer issue that was causing
major issues with hidden event controls in er.

We have also installed SP20 but have not encountered your problem.

Two things to double check:
1) Has the order been Sales Updated and thus Purged from F4211 to F42119?

2)Is Processing Option 5 on the Display Tab activated to Hide closed detail lines?
