Hi there,
We've just applied a couple of ESUs including ESU 16881 in an environment and when I tested if the free goods works - I'm having the error message 'Determine SOMBFpricing process failed'. Has anyone come across such a problem and if yes, what you did to resolve the issue ? The error is obtained when the Qty Ordered is equal to the Qty where the free goods should apply. When the error is displayed, the sales order cannot be saved.
The problem is that we need to be up to date with all ESUs as they solve other problems but it is causing a problem for free goods. Grateful if you could reply asap.
