Shift Esc not working with a HP 8200 6 series chips set

Hello,
Shift +ESC (sys req) does not work with our new HP 8200's. We use IBM Personal Communitions iSeries Access for Windows version 5.8. It is not the key board mapping. Thank you for your time.

Does fit your issue to it?

I suppose do not, so post your issue to the Tech/CNC or to the Developer foru of JDEList
