Scheduler that supports contingencies

I have a client that is converting from many different types of systems (IBM Mainframe, Unix, NT, etc) to a common OneWorld Win2000/SQL 2000 platform. They have raised an issue regarding the OneWorld scheduler and the fact that it does not support job compeletion contingencies.

Is anyone aware of another Windows scheduler, that works with Oneworld, to support this need.
