Sales Tax Exempt. Certificate

We will go live next spring. Regarding Customer Master: We many customers that have sales tax exemption certificates with expiration dates. Where are you putting the dates so that we can report off of the date in advance? The Address Book Tab "Additional" has the Tax Exempt Certificate Field, and an additional field, "Add'l Ind Tax ID" which we will be using to keep up with W-9 information sent to the Customer. But we are still lacking a Tax Exemption Certificate Expiration date. How are you out there in JDE-live environment handling this?

I have one client where we set up the Address Book Supplemental database to
store that.. they also had to track four different types of insurance and
insurance carriers for their subcontractors... so we also put that in those
files.. pretty easy to set up.. it's an extra step outside of the A/B to
maintain however...
