sales overage

Can anyone tell me using the "Min/Max" button in Sales Overage, how to set up an offset for percentage rent?
 
It is pretty easy really. Press the Min/Max Button.
1) S.O. Type = MN – Min Rent
2) Enter Min Rent Bill code in first Bill Code Field Rfrc B/C.
