RUNUBE Problem

I am trying to run R47011 on an AS/400 using the RUNUBE command. It will not move the data from the F47011/F47012 files to the F4201/F4211 files because it indicates that the branch/plant is not valid. I have checked the branch plant and the data is in the constants file.

When I run this same R47011 same version from the JDE menu it works. I am using the same userid/password/version/enviroment.

Any suggestions
