What are some options to report writing and queries outside of JDE? I am looking for something for the savvy end user.

Crystal Reports is a popular option. It can access the JDE database, and
with a Crystal Dictionary, the data is formatted correctly, per the JDE data
dictionary.

I know a lot of clients like Krystal report writer... it seems to be a very
good package.
