Real Integration environment

Hello,

We have on our system four environments (DV, PY, INT and PD). INT is a new one and it has to be used like an integration environment on the system : all the developments don't pass necessarily through this environment but only those like interfaces and batches used by our none-JDE systems.

We plan to refresh objects like for the other environments with package from PY to test our programs. But in order to have the "most-PROD-like" environment, we think we will have to refresh sometimes INT with PD (with full-package). Is it really the best solution, isn't it ? Are there some alternatives or other ways to think the process ?
And for datas ? Does it exist solutions, products or batches which allow us to copy only real business datas from an environment to another or have we to copy whole dta and ctl libraries to be sure to have a safety environment ? I didn't find something like this in my search but maybe...

Thanks by advance for your help.

Sebastien
