On Unix you can. Each queue/thread is started seperately from a shell script. The QueueDelay value is passed as a parameter to each queue. The default is 5 seconds.
On NT servers you only have one QueueDelay value for all queues in the JDE.INI file. The default for NT is 30 seconds.
I never understood why there is such a big difference in the default values for Unix and NT machines. These values have not changed since B732.
