Mabuhai!
I didn't see any posts to your request and I wanted to give you some
feedback. As an applications user I would recommend that your business
users take the Enterprise Report Writer class. Anyone responsible for
financial reports or P&L statements should also take the Financial Report
Writer class. These folks can then transfer the meat of their training to
others in the organization. I can not speak to the issue of technical
training other than to say that that anyone who changes menu options might
also want to understand Object Management Workbench. This activity is much
more controlled than in World.
