Thanx for the response. Our consultant got together with some of his coworkers
in other sites to see if they had seen this before (don't you just love
conference calls?) and they mentioned that it generally happens when the temp
folder is not being cleared after the user signs off. So he said to make sure
we check that. Once we delete the temp folder for that user, they are able to
sign back on with no problem.
