R12807 Problems

Hi !! This is my first post, We have some problems with R12807 UBE, the problem is the Preventive Maintenance in P12071 are closed before the percent due defined in the Activity Rules P1393 will be reached. There is a SAR 4892341 reported on the JDE Knowledge Garden and the ESU JD16385 which suppose resolves this problem. The date acquired for the equipments and last complete date for the Maintenance P1207 are blanks, the ESU says the problem exists only if you have the current date in date acquired and last complete date.
