R03B22 - results wrong deliquency fee,not subtotals for each customer

Hi,
We upgraded from 7322 to 7332/WINNT/SP11.3/SQL7.0,applied mother ESU,
if we run the R03b22 report we get wrong deliquency fees,we are not getting
the subtotals for all the customers(we get subtotals for most of the
customers - but some of them missing).It was fine before upgrade.

Is there any idea to share?
