quick help for MTR of JAS - XE with websphere 4.0

Hi Group,
I need a quickly MTR for XE(SP21F1)- JAS on Websphere 4.0
On Peoplesoft website they have upddated with Websphere 5.0.
Also what are fixpack need to applied on Websphere?

WAS 4.0 AE Fixpack 3 (4.0.3) --> SP20.X and above
WAS 4.0 AE Fixpack 4 (4.0.4) --> SP20.X and above
WAS 4.0 AE Fixpack 5 (4.0.5) --> SP20.X and above
WAS 4.0 AE Fixpack 6 (4.0.6) --> SP22.X and above

If you're going to run Web you really want a minimum of SP22 for MAF (multi application framework). Might as well go to SP23.
