Hello list,
We are testing for XE, currently are on B733, Oneworld HP Unix.
Have problem on requisitions where it's waiting in queue for approver in
P43081 "Requisitions Awaiting Approval". When user cancels their
requisition, I expected it to be removed from approver's queue, but it
isn't. This problem exists in base as well as XE, so don't know if it's
something in our setup. It does not allow approver to approve, reject or
remove the message from their queue. Anyone have a problem with this?
I was going to have our IT department write up a UBE that will find orders
in the F4209 and join the order number to the F4311 where status for OR doc
types in the F4311 are at 980/999 and remove from the employee work center
for approver in the F4209. Before I write up this I wanted to check with
everyone to see if anyone else is using approval routing and have this
problem and their solution to it.
