Is there a good way to print acknowledgments for held orders in F4201? We're using a MOD'ed version of R42565 that adds a lot of additional data to the output, and now this request has surfaced. Is there a way to do this besides adding more (and fairly complex) code to our MOD?

I would use BI Publisher to create the acknowledgements. Then you only include the data you need, everything else gets ignored.

this is a easy change, if you see the code is there an if checking the hold code, by pass that if and you are done.

By the way, we implemented that if these is any kind of hold, and additional header says that this order in not approved and that document is only for information review
