Hello jdelist,
I have another print problem , I am sure this can be solved
in a couple of minutes but I have run out of ideas . I have a user which is
unable to
print anything from his file menu / print screen , all he can see is
Fax even though the printer is set up to print successfully through oneworld
and set up
in printers on his machine , we have tested the printer to print
normal print outs through word , outlook and omac and does print ok . So
what is going on ?
I don't understand why my user can only see fax .
