Print Pick Slip (R42520) not working.

Hi Members

If a sales order is entered for an item with line type W then a work order is created at Sales order entry level. After completion of the work order I am unable to do Print Pick Slip. How to resolve this issue?

On completion of the works order, is the status of the sales order being updated?

If so, is the updated status outside the bounds of the From and Thru statuses within the processing options of R42520?

First of all Izz Well, all posted questions should include your E1 version, Tools Release, Platform, OS System, etc.

But to answer your question, first you need to review your Order Activity Rules for your sales order type with W line type and insure that you have a status step that is established as Waiting for SO or WO Complete with the Next Status matching the Last Status for Print Pickslips. Next you will want to check the Processing Options for the version of P4210 you are using with this line type and insure that the Defaults tab includes "W" in Line Type field and Override Next Status should reflect the Last Status of the Waiting for SO or WO Complete step previously mentioned.
