Peoplesoft web link response time

Is it just me, or is the response time on the Oracle/Peoplesoft web page terrible?

Just download 6 ESUs and it took me 4 hours. PAINFULLY LONG !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, for the last 3 weeks or so, response time has been awful; though a bit better this week so far.
