Payroll and Terminal Services

Does anyone know if there are issues with the pre-payroll process when running from terminal services? (not Citrix - just terminal services)

I was at a client last year who ran all payroll functions on windows terminal servers. We did not experience any issues with this set-up. I've also seen payroll run on citrix servers without any issue.
