Parts List Inbound

Hi,
I'm looking for a way to inbound parts list in existing Work Order.

I was able to update existing parts list and add new lines to existing parts list (P3111Z1 and R31113Z1I), but only by ISSUING quantities.

I would like to be able to create parts list (with ordered qty) in batch without issuing quantities. (R31113Z1I doesn't work if issued quantity is equal to zero)

Anyone got a idea?

Hi Jean-Philippe,

As far as I know there is no inbound file for the Parts-list. We have
once made an customised program to fill the F3111 and F4801 (from an CAD
system).
This involved a lot of testing to make sure that all needed fields are
correctly filled. The application is working fine now for about 2 years
(B9 Enterprise One).

So it can be done!

Hi,

I am looking for a similar approach for my application. I need to attach a parts list to an existing Work Order from an external in-house windows application. Can I use direct SQL updates in F3111 to do that?

Any information in this regard is highly appreciated.
