P43250 Fails Frequently

Hi,

We are facing issue while receiving stocks and applying LCR components using P43250 (Receipt Routing) application.

For all the failures the system throws a web exception error message "There was a problem with the server while running the business function F43092EndDoc...".

After this failure, F43121 table is records for this order is corrupted, the next number of OV for LCR is of completely different format (4 digits rather than 8 digits), account column is not populated, amount and quantity columns are corrupted.

F4111 and F0911 table will not have LCR records.

From logs we got the following message:

DoSendMessageSingle : GetRecipientPreferences failed for Address Book Number<0> Contact Number<0>.
GetName : Record 0 does not exist in the Address Book (F0101)
PPATSendMessage : Failed in GetName
DoSendMessageSingleWithPref : Failed to Send message via TRANSPORT_PPAT
DoSendMessageSingle : DoSendMessageSingleWithPref (1) Failed Address Book Number<0> Contact Number<0>
